| At least 48 hours prior to your pet's arrival for any service at Canine Country Club, we must have a formal vaccination record from a licensed veterinarian indicating that your pet is up to date on the following vaccinations: |

| BOARDING RESERVATIONS |
| Boarding guests may check in anytime between 6:30 am - 8 pm on the day of their arrival. Arrival day will be charged as a full day, regardless of arrival time. Standard check-out time for departure is 12:00 pm. For dogs, an additional day's charge will apply if your dog is picked up after 12 pm and you have not booked a 4-Star or 5-Star package. For cats, an additional day's charge will apply if your cat is picked up after 12 pm and you have not booked a 5-Star package. Check-in and check-out times may vary on major holidays. Peak or seasonal rates may apply. A 3-day minimum stay is required for certain holidays and peak times. We require a $25 deposit per pet for all boarding reservations. Deposits are fully refundable with cancellation notice of 7 days. |
| GROOMING RESERVATIONS |
| Grooming appointment check-in is 7-9am. Please inquire by 12pm for same-day grooming reservations. Late checkout is included for boarding guests receiving a full grooming service on their day of check-out. If a pet is determined to be matted, a $5 per 15 minute de-matt charge will apply. Routine maintenance of your petās coat, every 4 to 6 weeks, typically avoids matting issues and will result in more predictable grooming charges. |
| FEEDING |
| We strongly recommend your pet stays on his/her regular diet to avoid an upset stomach. We offer a premium veterinary diet food available for your convenience, should you run out at a cost of $1 per day. |
| MEDICATION |
| We can administer oral or topical medications for your pet, but not injections. An additional fee of $1 per dose administration applies. Prescription medications should be provided in their respective prescription containers, along with clear written directions. |
| GENERAL HEALTH |
| We cannot accept any pets that are pregnant, in splints, casts, stitches bandages or have contagious conditions. We require all pets to be flea free. Flea treatments will be given, at owner's expense, to any pet that is discovered with fleas or ticks. Treatments may include Capstar and Flea Bath. |
| MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS |
| Canines are welcome starting at 3 months of age but will be required to participate in Puppy Preschool to provide the proper additional care during their stay. From 5-6 months, guests are welcome to have their pups participate in Puppy Preschool or in Adult Daycare. All pups will transition to Adult Daycare at 6 months of age. Felines are welcome at 3 months of age. |
| SPAY / NEUTER |
| To qualify for dog daycare (group playtime), your dog must pass our evaluation and must be spayed or neutered. Unaltered dogs may board with us and receive one-on-one (staff only) playtime. We do not accept unneutered male cats. |
