Your North Valley location is the BEST! My Jessup and Isabelle had a blast on their recent trip. The groomers there do an awesome job on them both. Happy pups and owner once again. See you soon!

THANK YOU so much!  You took care of our 2 cats, Kiki and Draco as we were evacuated from the Las Conchas fire. I was very impressed with your facility, the quality of care they received, the people we dealt with and the extreme discount we received. You can’t imagine how much we appreciate all that you did for us. I can honestly say, I did not worry about the cats at all while they were in your care. I will tell all my friends about you, and suggest everyone drop a cat or two off for any length of time. Thank you so very much for all that you did. Our cats are home and are quite happy and relaxed. They might even prefer your care over ours! Thanks again, and please make sure everyone sees this letter of praise!

Dear Canine Country Club and Feline Inn…you guys were able to take my cat, Silver, when we were evacuated for the Las Conchas Fire. We are home, and she is just great. THANK YOU for giving us a break in the price… I certainly did not expect that, and it was most appreciated. Your facility was super nice, and I would not hesitate to take my cat back to board, and I will tell all my friends how awesome you guys are. I REALLY appreciate it… I am sure you guys were swamped, and I can’t tell you how nice that was of you to do that for evacuees… Thank you so much

I want to take a moment to express my appreciation and thanks for two of your employees at the Marna Lynn Country Club, specifically Christina and Adria. To be more specific, my husband and I dropped off our dog, Bones, for a visit with the Marna Lynn facility last Thursday, with us picking her up on Sunday. As Bones is a senior citizen, we provided her food and medicines. Due to the thoroughness of Christina and Adria, they noticed that we did not provide enough food for Bones’ meals, and called us about it. They thought that they had misplaced her food; however, it was my mistake. We quickly rectified the situation by bringing more foods/medicines up to Marna Lynn. What I would like to say is how much my husband and I appreciate the conscientious attention that Christina and Adria gave to Bones in caring for her while we were gone, and what wonderful assets these two ladies are to your company.

Again, our sincere thanks and appreciation for the extra effort these two individuals exhibited, and what excellent employees they are. We will be returning with Bones for another visit.

Cheyenne and Pudge

Thank you so much for taking such good care of Cheyenne. I am comforted to know she was with someone who cared about her. Both Cheyenne and Pudge love coming to Canine Country Club and you are part of the reason why. Thank you for caring for my pups.

From the time Blake joined our family, the wonderful services provided by your outstanding staff were a vital component in Blake’s life. Sadly, she suffered a series of small strokes as well as painful joints making movement and quality of life extremely difficult. We know there will be another opportunity for us to share our lives with a beloved creature. When that happens – most assuredly Canine Country Club will once again play a major role. Thanks so much for all you do for all of the animal lovers who have the good fortune to work with you.

Capone

We just want to thank you for the great care and love that Capone received on his recent stay. He has voted for the Feline Inn for his next vacation. Thanks again so much.

Larry and Judy H asked us to read the following letter to their dog, Beau, who was staying with us at the Canine Country Club.

Dear Beau,

What are you doing at doggie camp? Did you learn new songs and make new friends? Did you show your camp mates how to play “chase the rabbit” and “bite the mailman?” I bet that you are now camp president, but remember that your brother, Maxie, is not as fast and forgets the rules of the games. Being a smarter, older brother has responsibilities especially at doggie camp.

Judy and I are enjoying our vacation but we don’t get a special hot dog treat everyday and there are no mailmen to bite on the Pacific Ocean. Soon we will be home and together. It is hard to watch TV or read the newspaper without your help.

Happy camping and remember to use company manners around strangers.

Affectionately,
Larry
