Thank for you help in dealing with an injury to our dog, Scout, who was boarding at Canine Country Club…We were out of state and you immediately contacted us to let us know about the injury, gave us your direct contact information, and took him to a veterinarian…You took appropriate action and kept us well informed about these events, and after we returned, you met with us for an hour, during which time you shows us the kennel where Scout was injured, discussed the situation at the kennel and his treatment, and agreed to split the veterinary bill with us. You did a great job. We really appreciate you help during this incident and look forward to boarding Scout at Canine Country Club in the future.

Glenn and I just want to say thank you. Our Westie of 14 years, Mortimer, passed away last week and we appreciate you guys taking time out to groom him one last time for us. He looked so handsome, we appreciate all the love and care you gave him over the years with boarding and how delicate you were with him at his last grooming. Our hearts are broken but we wanted to say thank you to all your wonderful and caring staff.

I was very impressed with your facility, the quality of care they received, the people we dealt with and the extreme discount we received. Thanks so much for taking excellent care of Sam and Petunia while we were gone! I am sure they had a great time there and we did not worry about them at all knowing they were being well taken care of. We love the report cards and could tell that Amanda and Ross really got to know the dogs during daycare. We are so lucky for such an amazing kennel and just wanted to say thank you again!
