North Valley - Dog Accommodations

 At the Canine Country Club you can choose from several five star accommodation scenarios, depending on the size, age, temperment and number of dogs you will be boarding. If you are unsure of which accommodation would be best for your pet's stay, one of our customer services representatives can help you make the right decision.
Check out time is 12:00 noon. Sorry – we are closed for drop-offs and pick-ups on major holidays.
Standard Accommodations
The standard accommodation includes a spacious, two-sided indoor/outdoor room which is air conditioned in the summer and heated with radiant in floor heating in the winter. Your dog will sleep comfortably on a lambs wool blanket while enjoying the stars and night air through an open mesh ceiling. Walls between our guest's rooms provide the ultimate in safety and privacy for your dog. Each accommodation is sanitized throughout the day ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean and healthy environment. – And don't forget, lots of love and head scratching.

Vacation Suites
If you have more than one dog or one very large dog consider one our deluxe vacation suites. In addition to the amenities offered in our standard accommodations the vacation suites offer your pet more room to lounge and enjoy their vacation. Added features include: skylights, individual chandeliers and deluxe wrought iron beds. – And don't forget, lots of love and head scratching. Casitas
 For the most discriminating canine we offer spacious accommodations complete with living room and patio, a real child's bed with lambswool blankets, television and stereo music, unlimited exercise, daily maid service, personal valet and choice of snacks before bedtime. No extra charge for special diets or medicine administration. – And don't forget, lots of love and head scratching. Casitas are best for elderly dogs or dogs that require extra privacy. North Valley - Dog Exercise/Socialization

 Because dogs are no different than people, with varying exercise needs and activity levels, Canine Country Club offers two activities to meet the individual needs of our four legged guests.
Doggy Day Care
Our Doggy Day Care program allows spayed or neutered dogs to play together in a supervised environment. There is a Day Care Counselor present at all times and the dogs get to romp around and play Frisbee, rope tug and ball. The covered playgrounds are heated in the winter and we have misters on the fence to help keep the participants cool on warm summer days.
Day Care is a great way for dogs to get out in the fresh air, and exercise and play with other dogs while getting to know the Day Care Counselor. Our Day Care services are available for boarding pets. Additionally, walk- in, all day services are available Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m!
Doggy Day Care program is supervised 100% of the time.
Dogs must be Spayed or Neutered to Participate and pass a Preliminary Screening.
Dogs must be non-aggressive to food, people, pets and toys.
Dogs must be at least 6 months of age in order to participate in doggy day care.
Cost:
1/2 day - $14.00 – Available with boarding ONLY.
Full day - $18.00 – Available with or without boarding.
Individual Exercise
Our individual daily exercise program offers your pet individual attention and the opportunity to play in a sheltered environment. Each session lasts approximately 15 minutes. This option is perfect for older dogs, dogs that are not spayed or neutered, or dogs that display pet aggression. Up to three sessions per day of individual exercise can be scheduled for your dog. This is a great way for pets to get out and get to know the staff.

Play Time: 15 minutes - $4.00
Doggy Jog: 15 minutes - $5.00

North Valley - Dog Medication

At Canine Country Club you can be assured that your pet will receive five-star care. If your pet requires pharmaceutical treatment while under our care, trained staff is available to administer medications between 6:00am and 6:00pm. Staff is able to administer pills and syrups, apply creams, powders, and eye drops, and clean eyes and ears, etc.. Medications are normally given at morning and evening feeding times however specific time schedule requests can be met if put in writing.
We understand that caring for your pet is of utmost importance to you. In order to ensure the best possible care we encourage you to provide CCC staff with written instructions for your pet's medical care. Remember to label all medications.
For the safety of your pet we regretfully cannot administer any shots, including insulin. We apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause.

North Valley - Dog Treats

 What's all the barking about? Its' Yappy Hour! Yappy Hour is a special treat time party that happens every day of the week. Dogs enrolled in Yappy Hour are served nutritious "doggy ice cream", all beef hot dogs, or our famous "buzzy buddies". Buzzy buddies are "Kong Toys" filled with a nutritious treat allowing your pet to exercise his or her gums while at the same time enjoying a nutritious treat.
Cost:
Doggy Ice Cream: non-dairy yogurt $1.00/each
Buzzy Buddy: Kong Toy filled with peanut butter $1.00/each
Hot Dogs: All beef hot dogs $1.00/each

North Valley - Dog Boarding Requirements

Dogs:
Age: Canine Country Club staff will be happy to assess the condition of older dogs to determine their suitability for boarding. For your pet's comfort and safety, if a dog is determined to be at risk, we may recommend that your dog would receive optimal care at a veterinary facility, an isolated environment or in an environment with 24-hour supervision.
Vaccinations:
Rabies – Current within one year*
DHLPP – Current within one year*
Bordatella – Current within one year
* Or with written veterinary proof of 3 year vacine approved May 2003.
Proof of all vaccinations is required for boarding and participation in doggy day care.
Proof of vaccinations will need to be provided to our front desk staff at the time of your pet's check-in. For your convenience, records can be faxed in advance to 898-8697.
All pets should be free of fleas and ticks. Pets showing signs of fleas and/or ticks will be bathed and dipped at owner's expense.

Bordatella – Current within one year
Proof of all vaccinations is required for boarding and participation in doggy day care.
Dogs must be at least 6 months of age in order to participate in doggy day care.

Our balcony accommodation offers a clean and open sanitary indoor environment for your pet. While staying at the Feline Inn your cat will enjoy luxury sleeping on a lambswool hammock with a view of the Feline Inn, nutritious meals, plus a second story balcony for your cat's enjoyment. – And don't forget, lots of love and head scratching.

North Valley - Cat Exercise/Socialization

 The Feline Technician will carry each guest to the play room daily where our guests are allowed to roam and play in a comfortable and stimulating environment. Only guests that are boarding together will be exercised together unlesss otherwise specified by the owner.
