Bring your pet in to our five star spa to enjoy a full service grooming. Whether staying at the Canine Country Club or Feline Inn or just coming in for pampering, your pet will benefit from and enjoy the treatments that we offer. Our commitment is to help ensure your pet’s health by providing services that promote good hygiene from nails to coat and teeth.
We suggest a visit to the spa prior to check out on the day of departure so that you have a fresh, clean dog to take home.
What grooming includes: Every pet has his or her nails trimmed, ears cleaned, anal glands expressed and is bathed with the HydroSurge® Pet Bathing System. They are then blown dry and dressed up in a spiffy bow.
Hydrosurge® Pet Bathing System: This system offers a major breakthrough in pet bathing technology. Hydrosurge® provides your pet with an invigorating massage while providing the most thorough cleaning process ever available. SHEDfree Treatments: One of the major problems with pet ownership is piles of pet hair everywhere. Pet hair is more than an annoyance. A hair filled environment presents a hygiene problem and is unhealthy for anyone with allergies. At Canine Country Club & 
Feline Inn our trained SHEDfree Technicians follow a six-step treatment process using specialized SHEDfree products and tools. The treatment includes a thorough brushing with the best brushes and combs for each pet’s particular coat type and a Hydrosurge® Pet Bath with special shampoos and conditioners to moisturize the skin and coat. To complete the process, an anti-shedding solution is applied. Pet owners are left with a virtually hair free environment. Imagine no more unwanted pet hair on your furniture and clothing.
Healthy Skin and Coat Treatments: Your pet’s skin is especially susceptible to moisture loss in our dry climate. This three step treatment contains patented formulas which help prevent water loss and help maintain normal water balance in the skin. Just try it! It will immediately improve the feel and appearance of your pet’s coat and skin.
Medicated Shampoos: If your pet is suffering from Seborrhea or Flea Bite Dermatitis, we can recommend a special medicated shampoo for your pet’s treatment.
Coat Conditioners: During your pet’s bath we can apply a conditioner to his or her coat which will add luster and sheen. In addition to enhancing the appearance of the coat, a conditioner will provide essential oils to the hair and skin.
Flea and Tick Treatments: Because we are a boarding facility, we can only treat fleas and ticks on a case by case basis. Whenever treating a pet for fleas and/or ticks we recommend the pet owner treat the home, yard and car to ensure successful eradication. If your pet is on an oral or topical flea treatment, please inform us.
Teethbrushing: Pet dental care is extremely important. More than 85% of dogs and cats 
over 4 years old suffer from periodontal disease, a condition in which bacteria attack the soft gum tissue. Serious health problems can occur as a result of this bacteria. Of course good dental hygiene can help to prevent periodontal disease from developing in the first place. Make Canine Country Club & Feline Inn part of your pet’s health care team. We will brush your pet’s teeth using an antibacterial toothpaste and mouthwash that loosens and reduces plaque build-up. Regular teeth brushing is recommended at every grooming appointment and in between appointments. We also recommend that you take your pet to a veterinarian to be descaled.
Nail Trimming: Nails are trimmed whenever pets are groomed at Canine Country Club & Feline Inn; however, this service can also be performed between regular grooming appointments.
